Article 1These Terms of Use apply to the kimono rental and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Saiwa Rent-A-Kimono (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") at our store. Use. The person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agrees that all of these terms and conditions, as well as all of the information on our website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "these terms and conditions, etc."), shall be completed. In the event of a problem with the Service, we will discuss it in accordance with these Terms, etc. Matters not set forth in these Terms, etc. will be subject to the guidelines, laws, or general customs of the location where the Service is offered. The Service is intended to be enjoyed as a personal hobby, and you are not permitted to use the kimono provided by us in a salon or at a specific party, or to use the kimono provided by us for commercial purposes, without our prior permission. . If users wish to use the service in this way, they must contact us at least two weeks in advance from the date of booking, and we will discuss usage fees, etc., individually depending on the usage. This service is for those who can choose their own kimono and obi. Therefore, if your guardian chooses a kimono or obi instead of you, or if you are accompanied by a guardian, you may be refused admission. Accompanying guests (friends, photographers, etc.) who have not rented a kimono will not be allowed to enter the store. This service is not available to pregnant women. In the unlikely event that you do not inform us in advance that you are pregnant and any trouble occurs, the store will not be held responsible.
article 2Reservation Registration Procedure Users shall, in principle, apply for the use of the Service by entering the necessary information on the Website. Upon receipt of an application as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall accept the application by displaying a reservation confirmation message on the Company's website and shall send a reservation confirmation e-mail to the User. This Contract shall come into effect when we send you the booking confirmation email. If the Company applies for the use of the Service by telephone, e-mail or by visiting a store, the Company will provide separate instructions on the Company's website on how to apply and the User shall follow such instructions.
Article 3Reception Hours and Service Availability The service is available at the times listed on the homepage of each store. The service cannot be provided to anyone outside of the reservation time. Customers outside of the reservation time are not allowed to enter the store or wait inside or in front of the store. If your reservation is divided into two or more groups, please be sure to arrive at your respective reservation time. We are unable to provide this service or store or receive luggage outside of service hours. However, luggage of travelers using the Next Day Return Service will be held until the kimono is returned. In order to ensure the safety of our users, if a heavy rain (landslide, flood damage), flood, storm, blizzard, or heavy snow warning is issued in the city, town or village where the store is located 2 hours prior to the start time, the business providing this service will be closed and the service will no longer be provided. In this case, the Company shall not be held liable for any disadvantages caused to the user even if such disadvantages are caused by force majeure.
Article 4:Late fee for this serviceIf you do not return the item to the store on time, the item will be returned the next day with a fee of 3,000 yen per person. If the user fails to return the item on time without contacting the store in advance and obtaining permission from an employee, the store will close at the end of the service.
Article V:The only baggage we store and manage is clothing, and we are not responsible for storing the following items in particular. Valuables (house/car keys, expensive clothing/bags, jewelry, watches, cash, passports, etc.) Electronic equipment (computers, cameras, game consoles, tablets, etc.) Explosive, flammable, or otherwise hazardous items Frozen biological items, refrigerated items, fruits and vegetables, flowers, and other items that can leak or are easily deteriorated (including items prohibited by law, such as illegal drugs). Other items that the Company considers difficult to store, if the user wishes to leave the items listed in the previous item with the Company. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Company does not store such items, and you acknowledge in advance that we are not responsible for any loss (including theft), damage, leakage or other damage.
Article 6Handling of Lost Items If a user leaves an item at the store, the company will handle it as follows and the user has been informed of this in advance. Lost items such as passports, driver's licenses, credit cards, cash, or valuables such as accessories will be sent to the nearest police station. If the user contacts us before we send the item to the police station, we will return the item by visiting the store, but will not return the item by mail. For items left behind other than those listed above, ownership will be deemed abandoned and disposed of unless the user contacts us within one week of our discovery of the item. If the user contacts us within the above period, the item will be returned by post, cash on delivery. Please note that the date of shipment will be determined by our company.
Article 7 Disclaimer
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the user as a result of the provision of this service, unless the Company is intentional or negligent. In particular, the following cases are generally not considered to be the fault of the Company and the Company shall not be held liable. Paint used to manufacture luggage adheres to the contents of the luggage and causes color transfer. (It is the user's responsibility to protect items that may be colored in plastic bags, etc.) When our employees help people put on or take off their clothes, electronic devices, etc., inside the clothes may fall off and be damaged. (It is the user's responsibility to take care of electronic devices, etc. when putting on or taking off clothing.) The provision of this service may be delayed due to congestion, etc., as well as delays in sightseeing, dining, performances, etc. (We cannot guarantee the completion time of this service. (We cannot guarantee completion times, so please allow sufficient time for reservations.) Skin irritation, rashes (hives, etc.), infections, etc. (Our rental costumes are rented to an unspecified number of users. Although the Company manages this product in a reasonable and appropriate manner, the causal relationship between this service and the occurrence of skin irritation, rashes (hives, etc.), infections, etc. is unknown, and therefore the Company assumes no responsibility. Inside the store (The Company shall not be held responsible for falls outside the store caused by factors other than the Company's own, such as road conditions and the user's walking style.)) If a user falls, burns, or suffers other injuries without following the notices or instructions of the shop/instructed by the store staff (the Company shall not be held liable for this situation as it is due to the user's negligence), please take special care to remain still. When getting a haircut, please follow the instructions of the staff as much as possible. Since haircuts use high-temperature equipment, there is a risk of being burned by a hair iron. In the event of loss or replacement of baggage due to force majeure, resulting in damage to the user; any other causes unrelated to our company (e.g. burns caused by electric heating pads, deterioration of hair extensions caused by hair styling, fading of coloring caused by curling irons, etc.) we are not responsible for any damage caused to the user due to our negligence, and we shall only be liable for direct ordinary damages (excluding loss of profits), with a compensation of The maximum amount of compensation is 10,000 yen.
